1. Introduction
Welcome to NVY, a curated connection platform that brings together freelance models and brands for legitimate commercial opportunities.
By accessing or using NVY, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Definitions
Platform means the NVY website, tools, services and related offerings.
User means any individual or business that creates an account, including models and brands.
Model means a user offering modelling services.
Brand means a user seeking to engage models for commercial work.
We, us and our mean NVY.
3. Nature of the Service
NVY is a connection and discovery platform only.
NVY is not a modelling agency, does not represent models, does not employ models, and is not a party to any agreement entered into between users.
All negotiations, contracts, fees, payments, deliverables, usage rights and disputes are handled directly between the model and the brand.
4. Eligibility and Verification
Users must be at least 18 years of age unless NVY expressly provides a separate onboarding process for minors with verified guardian consent.
To protect the integrity of the platform, NVY may require identity verification, business verification or supporting documentation, including government-issued identification or business registration details.
Providing false, misleading or incomplete information may result in suspension or permanent removal.
Verification does not constitute endorsement or guarantee legitimacy, conduct or performance.
5. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted under your account.
You must notify NVY immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
NVY reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that pose risk to the platform or its users.
6. Model Subscriptions and Fees
Models are required to pay a recurring subscription fee to maintain an active profile.
Subscription fees are as follows:
• $50 AUD per month (paid monthly)
• $500 AUD/year (save $100)
Fees, billing cycles and cancellation terms are disclosed at sign-up. NVY may introduce new pricing tiers for future users but will not alter OG Model pricing.
Additional services such as secure payments, booking management or premium exposure may be introduced in future. Models will always retain full control over how they engage with brands.
NVY evolves with the industry. Our pricing reflects the tools and value we provide at each stage.
7. Job Posting Policy (Brands)
Brands posting jobs on NVY must ensure listings are:
• genuine commercial opportunities
• lawful and compliant with Australian workplace, advertising and anti-discrimination laws
• respectful, professional and clearly scoped
• transparent regarding usage, duration, compensation and deliverables
• not misleading, deceptive or exploitative
Unpaid work must be clearly disclosed and lawful. Speculative, vague, unsafe, offensive or inappropriate listings are prohibited.
NVY reserves the right to review, edit, reject or remove job postings at its discretion, without notice, where listings do not meet platform standards or pose risk to users.
8. Contracts, Guidance and Safety Tools
NVY may provide base contract templates, rate guidance and payment recommendations for educational purposes only.
These resources are intended as a starting point and do not constitute legal, financial or tax advice. Users are responsible for obtaining independent advice and ensuring agreements comply with applicable laws.
NVY does not enforce contracts or guarantee outcomes.
9. Bookings, Payments and Disputes
All bookings, payments, usage rights, cancellations and disputes are managed directly between users.
NVY does not process payments, hold funds, guarantee payment or enforce agreements.
10. Code of Conduct
All users must act professionally, respectfully and in good faith.
Users must not:
• harass, intimidate or discriminate
• misrepresent identity, experience or intent
• misuse images, likenesses or content
• solicit users dishonestly or outside the platform in bad faith
• engage in unlawful, fraudulent or unsafe behaviour
NVY may suspend or terminate access where conduct undermines platform trust or safety.
11. Content, Images and AI Use
Users retain ownership of content they upload.
By uploading content, users grant NVY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the content for operating, promoting and improving the platform.
Users confirm they have all necessary rights and permissions to upload content.
NVY does not authorise the use of uploaded images or content for AI training, AI generation or derivative works unless expressly agreed between the model and the brand.
Any AI usage must be governed by separate agreements between users. NVY is not responsible for misuse of content by users or third parties.
12. Reviews and Feedback
Reviews must be honest, factual and respectful.
NVY may moderate, remove or disable reviews that are defamatory, misleading or harmful.
13. Trust & Safety
NVY is committed to maintaining a safe, professional and trusted platform.
We may take action, including suspension or removal, where behaviour, listings or content compromise user safety or platform integrity.
Users are encouraged to report concerns via the platform.
14. Suspension and Termination
NVY may suspend or terminate access without notice if a user breaches these Terms, provides false information, behaves unprofessionally or creates risk to others.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose prior.
15. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is”.
NVY does not guarantee bookings, income, outcomes or compatibility between users.
NVY provides access and visibility, not guaranteed work.
We do not guarantee skill level, availability, conduct or performance beyond basic verification processes.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of income, reputation or opportunity arising from platform use or user disputes.
Total liability is limited to fees paid to NVY in the previous twelve months or the minimum amount required by law.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify NVY against claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your conduct or disputes with other users.
18. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
19. Changes to Terms
NVY may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
